KMAC Services has been doing business since 1985.
From the start Kmac Services has provided Industry in Alabama, with solutions to their environmental and waste problems. We performed these services for companies, both large and small as a contractor, on plant site.
In 1996 Kmac working in cooperation with the EPA, State of Alabama and the City of Birmingham, under the Brownfield Project; purchased our current plant site. We took possession of the old foundry site of Birmingham Stove and Range. We have cleaned up this site and now have 16 acres of prime industrial land situated near the major air, rail, water and highway infrastructure serving central Alabama. We have been called one of the first successful Brownfield Project plant sites.
Our business plan is a simple one. We intercept waste streams of non-hazardous materials. Instead of disposal in a landfill or burning in an incinerator all of these materials are sorted and recycled, reused or remanufactured. All left over materials are then disposed of in full compliance with Federal, State and Local laws and regulations.
This allows Kmac Services to be very competitive in terms of pricing with out any sacrifice in the quality of services rendered. There is no doubt that there are other companies that are knocking down your door, trying to get your business. We take a different approach. We study the market and the customer to determine where we can save them money and time without any reduction in services provided. |
